I will do that. I plan I taking over a weight bridge, on the way to the factory after I collect it and before I load anything into it. Ill try the bathroom scale, stick, 2/3 pipe thing to check the ball weight ....... if I can find a diagram of that
crusty181 u can weigh the ball weight on a weighbridge it has to have different platforms to weigh different spots I think they all do this for the different wheels of a truck put ur van wheels on one platform and the jockey wheel on another different platforms different weights plus then u get the overall weight u mite have known that ???? have to car off the van

Very pretty!!!! Got us thinking about swapping our door. Can I ask........the door doesn't interfere with the awning arm at all?
Those van doors cost ore than the GDP of a small nation. If you can deal with the window at the bottom end result, I think you may be able to flip the door. I pick up my van on the weekend, but from a casual look at the display it appears that all the door hardware, bar the handle, may be reversible .... just might need a new door handle mechanism so you don't have to open it upwards on the inside. With a huge kitchen window, I suspect having the door window at the bottom is hardly an issue

I want to check the tare anyway, but I presumed that after i check that, Ill get them to re-measure with it on the car (car off the bridge, van on the bridge) and just deduct the result from the tare to get the ball mass ..... that should work ??? !!! ........ ???

Thanks @Flossymk1. Your door would certainly interfer with my annex. We're looking closely at your photos. Interesting about the robe drawers, although i would prefer the full width drawers. Roof vent concerns averted also

@Crusty181 have a friend with a Goldstream van and the door or window (can't recall) was to interfere with annexe by a bit so they put the vertical track on the wall offset by about 100-150mm noticeable but doesn't look out of place.

Well bad news - apparently the air-con in our van has crapped itself, and the whole unit has to be replaced.... Short story is we cant take it home this weekend now... :(

We are still going in to do the handover thing on Saturday, as it's the only time we have to do it, but wont be able to take the van home with us at the end.... They are hoping to have the new air-con up here next week sometime.

So disappointed right now..... :(

Unfortunately, the awning arm is too close, and the the front hatch is to close to the awning arm. If everyone cooperated, the awning arm could be mounted a little further forward, the awning material a little further forward on the roller and Im sure it would work ........

So close ...... and yet so far. The handover will be just cruel. Better now than in 12.1 months I suppose. How did your BEF end up?
