Re the waterproof bed end cover, they are still working out how they are going to put that on - apparently the question is being asked at dealers all over the country, so if Jayco H/O weren't aware of the issue before, they certainly are now!
How exciting!! Congrats. I am sad for you given the fact you can't take it home... We order the solid bedends and they simply slip into a track? Love the door swinging out to the left. Makes so much sense. I wish we could have sone that!!

Its very close to the middle ..... slight toward the inside of the van. I noticed that because in our 16.49.1, the gap left with the smaller internal section folded was a neat place to roll the doona into when packing up. With the 20.63.1 will probably have to remove the doona

Thanks! Yes I'm a bit depressed this morning.. But fingers crossed we can pick it up in the next few days!

Yes the bed end covers do slip into a track, however with the new weather seal on my van there doesn't appear to be anywhere suitable now to mount the track..

Love the door too!! I was sitting in the club lounge yesterday looking out the big kitchen window with the unobstructed view, and I couldn't keep the smile off my face lol

Great van, you will love the lounge. Does your rear bayonet have a I/4 tap to turn the gas off to it, Cant see it in the photo. Jayco normally install them, but it might be behind the chassis rail. Just check.

I have no idea @macca - will have to check once we get the van home :)

Good to see they are putting the slide out switch in a good spot. Ours is inside past the slide out up high on the right. You have to squeeze past the closed slide out to open it. I like the under bunk storage, these vans get better every year.

That's a very silly spot to put the switch indeed! Yeah I'm very happy with the slide out lounge and where the switch is too :)

Definitely love the under bunk storage - is your van a double or triple bunk set up @macca ?

Actually with all the conflicting reports on the bed ends I would can them, wait and see, they seem a lot of $$$, proof your canvas, spray with waterproof and all should be good. Extend your beds out, pull the mattress's out of the way and hose them down like noahs flood, let em dry. Canvas leaks when you touch it on the inside, give it a coat of waterproof and all should be good. My Drizabone is over 30 yrs old gets proofed every year and keeps me dry, it's not some city coat either it works in the paddock/truck, not some yuppie accesory, same for my standard bed ends on my rig they have the Priv screen and get a paint or spray of waterproof and all is good, same thing with the old canvas tent and swag.
I know I'm ranting but some would put a tent over their van.
Just got home and a big bloody storm hits better not be hail as the van is in the yard.
Feel free to comment...pull your head in Drover..........................lol,lol.
