That's easily fixed @achjimmy don't open the window. :behindsofa:

In all seriousness is there a auto cut off switch on the window when it's open?
Then if there is I am assuming that's how Jayco gets around this rule maybe.

Auto cutoff is only for the heater. Not really feasible for the fridge. I just posted to show that the same 300mm requirements will stand for the fridge as well.

Although this one still has reading lights over end. Not sure if I want the sink so close to bed, also as there is no power except what is over the bed you are now running power over sink....Unless you go up around around cupboards.
Be interesting to see what yours looks like how long now?

Yeah will see, I think it's due soon. But I thought Cruza confirmed this was a misnomer? But if It's like that and SWMBO doesn't like it , it will be another few months i guess waiting on another? I included my floor plan with my order.

Interesting I wonder if it was a one off to see if it worked etc.

This model doesnt seem to be sorted yet.....as its seems to be continuosly getting fine tuned. Its a shame really as the deal has been done months earlier then when it arrives its changed, car manufacturers would never get away with it.

@cruza driver I understand they may need to change things.. Although still don't be rude we had to find out about window on here. I gather those who pick up a new one and the stove swaps may not be happy.. Bed lights 50/50 depends where you sleep.
Interesting they changing so much as the 16.67 was basically the same apart from bed and was around 2013.

the bunks and buffet are different then 16.67, bunks a little longer. the 16.67 ended up with larger bed halfway through run.
I have seen some 16.67's with the sink reversed so tap next to stove.
Also interesting above has no hand pump water tap.

Wow that is weird, when i asked a dealer about swapping the stove/sink combo they enquired at HQ for me and came back with a 'can't be done because of the wheel arch and where pipes/hoses come through floor'. I much prefer the idea of the flames away from the bed myself.

Nice detective work on the gas reg's and 'no winow' issues too @achjimmy

Wet bed or bed on fire... Take your pick! Either way there probably should be splash shield of some description on the side there, will probably be one of our first mods.

Guys they don't get away with it unless you let them. I Gave you the hint before. If you had jumped up and down and refused the van they would have done something about the window. it's pretty straight forward they are on shaky grounds if they change major items without your approval.

I don't think the demo model 17.58.1 we saw from the Sydney show was ever meant to be sold anyway. The van has no breakaway system on it but would clearly go >2T loaded. And it had spares front and back and it's inside finish was fairly rough even for Jayco.

You what doesn't gel with this photo? Where's the vent required for the stove? It should be there below the range hood?

Like the splash back though. Very silverline!

interesting vent is not where range hood is? I assume the mini one connected to range hood. Yes we should of jumped up and down a bit more about window.. was just happy to get the freaking van :)
