New model Jayco Expanda 18.58.1 & 2 Pop Top

Hi t0ne just wondering if you can post those floor plans in non pdf? I can't open them on my phone.
We ordered our 18.58.2 outback expanda yesterday, so excited. Loving reading up on them. So if we didn't get the washing machine will it just be an open area with a lid opening on the top? With 4 of us I'm thinking this will be a good spot to throw the dirty washing!

All i have those files in im afraid. But if you dont take the washing machine then they put a normal cupboard in that spot and take out the washing machine provision.
Hi... I opted for NO washing machine and was told that they don't, and won't, put a shelf in. God knows what you use a big open space for. Anyway, great chance to kick off the mods....
Well jayco have done it again,
Went and looked at our new 18.58-2 today before we pick it up next Wednesday, they have made some changes again and didnt tell us.
The robe next to the door they have now made it a double door instead of a single door.
The cupboard above the fridge they have taken it from being a long narrow one to a bigger one one the left side above the fridge.
And the big one which has really annoyed me is they have taken away the canvas above the sink area(between table and bathroom) and just made it a curtain all the way round.
I really wish they would contact people before they make changes, i would have asked them to leave what we had alone.

Hi Shanas, my wife and I were at Jayco today looking at the 18:58-2. Coincidentally I have a couple of photos of the cahnges Tone has mentioned. Not the best shots but might help you picture the changes . I didn't get one of the canvas above the sink but the one we looked at only had a curtain for the door into the "ensuite" and it didn't even go all the way around ( over the wall I between the basin and dinette)

Our van isn't getting done till November but it's good to know these issues as they arise.
I don't mind the 2 doors on the robe.

The change above the fridge looks like a bit of an after-thought though.
It just looks wrong!

Great news Tone, we finally bit the bullet today. Placed an order for a18-58.2, delivery estimated around February... The long wait begins, on the plus side that allows time to fit Anderson plug and brake controller to the tug.
