Fitted the other vents to the other side of the van this afternoon and thanks to @seanparky for reminding me I fitted the second bed end latch to the back end and one to the front bed. Now the foam eggshell mattress topper can be left on the rear bed without pushing the base against the hard lid .
What did you use for bed end latch?
Would love a pic an where you got it from, the Big Green Shed?

Used the same bed end latch as per the same that was on the rear bed as fitted at factory... Picked them up from our only Jayco dealer here in Perth (Caravanland). Not cheap for what they are (~$50) but work well. Just make sure you get the catch to go with them as I had to do the 60km return trip before fitting

Will get a pic tomorrow if home in time (Or not fitting the bed ends ;) )

Got home with about 30 minutes of light left this afternoon so being impatient (And getting "pushed" ;) ) I got the drill and bit's 'n pieces out of the shed to do a trial fit of the Jayco Bed Ends......
Bed End 001.jpg
First trial fit after drilling the sail tracks and one side of the lid.

Bed End 002.jpg
Sail tracks fitted to all sides.

Bed End 003.jpg
Close up of the corners (Still need to debur the ends).

Bed End 004.jpg
Trial fit of the canvas.

Bed End 006.jpg
Front view.

Bed End 007.jpg
Side view.

Unfortunately not enough light left to fit the press studs and get things tight so both ends will be finished on Friday.

Couple of simple hints for anyone else fitting them....
1. Debur the sail tracks front and back after drilling.... Helps them to sit flat against the lid and the rivet heads against the track.

2. Measure and check the length. Had to cut 20mm off each end. Front one wouldn't bend enough to sit flat. Side ones would have pushed into the seals on the corners when closed.

3. Use a new/sharp drill on slow speed and minimal pressure (Chipped a little bit of gel coating from the inside of the lid on the first hole >:( )

4. Get the wife to get the iron out prior to taking the first pics :D

All in all.... Very happy with the outcome and how they look.
Nice and light weight and easy to fit the canvas by oneself.

Now to get out there and try them for real!!!!

I did warn you about being too enthusiastic and the possibility of chipping!
Surprised the tracks needed to be trimmed!
The Holiday Annex ones were perfect fit and already smoothed at the end and holes predrilled.
Any other differences to the instructions I sent?

Well they look really smart @dagree and looks like a professional job on the fitting side as well.
I think they really finish off the look of the van as well.

SWMBO has given the tick of approval too:ballchain:

Yes you did @Marv_mart but luckily it was only a small bit... About 1 cm x .5 cm that chipped off. Will seal it on Friday when I finish the rest.
No holes in the tracks and thought things were not right with the lengths when sizing them up to mark the holes and all were different lengths, looks like Jayco supply just oversize.
Instructions were spot on so guessing the Jayco ones might be based on the HA ones!!!
