@dagree I'm looking forward to making pizza in the BabyQ! Do you have the Webber pizza stone and trivet, or do you use something else? I only have the breakfast plate so far, but will most likely go and check out the other accessories before our trip next weekend :)

@Flossymk1 Yes we have the trivet, pizza stone and full width hotplate. All weber brand but there are others out there that would be cheaper but we bought them while away and just got them all in one hit when we got the babyQ.

So happy with it we got the bigger model for home as soon as we got home for the trip. I don't think the "Boss" has used the house oven since we got it ;)

Great idea! Actually I do have a pizza stone that I have never used - it's still in the box! I will get it out today and see if it fits :)

Do I need the Webber trivet or can I use any wire rack that fits?

Sorry for the gumby questions - never cooked on a Webber before so want to make sure I do it right! ;)

Any wire rack will do. I used a cake one and bent the sides up to hold rolled roasts. About $2 at Coles.

I use a multi position rack out flat, which can also be used to hold whole chooks, lamb/beef roast etc.

Nice! Might have to go and do some more shopping! :D

The Townsville Fishing & Outdoor Expo is on this weekend, and they usually have a few caravans and bits and pieces there, so I will drag the kids along and go and check it out I think! Might be able to pick up a few extra things for the van at a good price ;)
