Well only 5 more days left of my "weekend". Had humidity, a couple of drops of rain and some wind. But it was still bearable.

We took our kids and my parents to the Laang vintage tractor display. Wasn't expecting too much but apart from the cold wind we all had a great day. They had come and try clay target shooting, old engines, working model engines and tractor pull.
Emma had her first experience with a gun.

We had trouble getting Peter to leave he loved the tractor pulls.

This vintage truck was amazing. The guy spent 10 year building this from scratch. Twin steam engine all to scale.

Not too bad. Some of the tracks are very cut up and boggy but made it thru easy peasy. Thankgoodness we have a friend up here that sells toyotas and told me what buttons to press and things to do.
So far have met @naggers and @Cheyne78 up here. It's an expanda meet up. All we need now is @Crusty181 !

We're not that far away. Just back in Carnarvon for a night from 5 days up around Gnaraloo and Quobba.

Stock up tomorrow and head up toward Warroora, then Coral Bay

What have you people done to the Queens English

Gnaraloo = Narloo

Warroora = Warra ... really?

Well they do say we have our own dialect over here!!!
When you get to warroora, watch out for the sour puss in the blue suzie jimny. She stood right in front of our friends car with both hands out so they couldn't pass and demanded money. (Her camp site is at 14 mile)
We leave here tomorrow morning.

Spent the weekend with a few local members at "Back to Nature Caravan Park" a close 1 hour and 10 minute drive North from home.
:boink: @Crusty181 it is not "that" type of "Back to Nature" place either :rofl:

Yayyy!!!! They did ;)
Two 180 degree panorama's of four of the vans set up like a wagon train camp!!!!!

Will get some pics and a report done in the next day or two.... Won't be much to report on the weekends activities as most of the time was spent around the campsite just talking.
