We wanted to put a K's up on the BT50 so took a drive down the Numinbah Rd to Murwillumbah, had a coffee then drove to Kyogle for lunch then followed the Lion's Rd back to Rathdowney and Beausdesert then home, a distance of 280 Km. Speedo now reads 700 Km so still need a few more K's before I can get into some towing. First time in years I have just driven for the sake of driving. The BT 50 was a pleasure to drive, had the A/C on most of the way, gave it some right boot often to pass. and with 700 Km on the clock I still have just under a quarter of a tank left so the dealer must have properly filled the tank. :p

sold all my birds a few weeks ago pulled down the cages today we are not home much now to look after them
to much caravanning

If you want @chartrock , I put 6000 on the Ranger in the last 2 weeks, so I can get K's on the BT50 for ya :bolt:

In the last 5 years I spent over 500 hours in the air, not counting time in airports/missed flights etc! Believe me a view anywhere in any weather in Australia is to die for, but I can't quite make out where that is, judjing but the air quality it does look a lot like China maybe up near Quingdao or down at Xiamen?

I know the feeling. My travel wallet has cash in 6 different currencies, and more gold or platinum cards than I can keep track of.
This view is Pattaya Beach. If you aren't familiar with Pattaya, Google it ( but not on a work computer)
It's an eye opener, and the cause of MANY marriage breakups.
My poor wife is a saint dealing with me having to come here and knowing what goes on. For the record, I behave myself at all times.

hahaha I was going to say Pattaya first up, but the air quality looked too poor, we took all of our factory workers (40 people in total) there two years ago, being all chinese you can just imagine what they were like.
I have gone from Platinum down to gold, down to silver now and am loving it, easter will be 12 months since I travelled anywhere (NZ is the exception but its far east Australia so doesn't count) the only problem will be travelling to France for holidays later this year in economy and no lounge pass:frown-new:

Nothing wrong with that air.. I'd love to have it that good today. Yesterday I packed up my house in Beijing (well not me.. it was 5 Chinese guys), air was so bad you could see less than 500m. Today is not so bad - but still much worse than Pattaya. Anyway only 76 hours until I'll be on the flight home, I pity the others in Business Class with my family that flight.

That must be Thai airways is it @Soaring ? Only Asian airline imo is Cathay. There business class is spectacular , the only better I have been on is row 1 business on Qatars flagship 787 that plane is so damn smooth.
