. Currently dealing with a lot of kitchen cabinetry that will have to be replaced due to uncaring Tenants. It most certainly won't have provision for a dishwasher again as they don't care if the connection under the sink is water tight and don't plug it up when they have departed so the next one gets a nice wet set of cabinets.>:(

I had a tenant (previous to my son) who insisted on me putting in Dishwasher taps.........
I told them the rent would have to go up, to cover the cost of installation - have to re-plumb the whole kitchen

they all of a sudden didnt want dishwasher taps........ strange that..........

Ha @bigcol we have friends who are about 7ft tall and when we are in their kitchen we feel like Hobbits, I've practically got to stand on a box to see the top of the bench. We won't mention the dunny..........................

@dagree @chartrock I have a Joinery business ..... that is sweet music to my ears. Cant say I haven't witnessed that countless times before.

More, more; same, same I say. Tax, death and kitchen/bathroom renos, you know deep down they're all inevitable; don't resist, resistance its futile. Just roll over, feign a smile, say goodbye to that new boat you dream about in your head, hand over the cash to the good lady and say "yes dear, of course I love you enough to have the best"

@chartrock from where Im standing, that whole kitchen maybe looking a little tired now, with all those sparkling new appliances. Maybe I should have a chat to Mrs @chartrock, and bring her upto speed with all the current trends and ideas. Only fair after you purchased that new caravan I think. Ha.

From Joiners all around this fair land, can I add to our our cheerful xmas message ........ "gotcha"!!!!!

All I can say to that @Crusty181 is, I'm lucky you are in Melbourne. :blah:

You Joinery people have a lot to answer for. The worst thing ever invented is any form of particle board, closely followed by the evil Gyprock people. Proper timber, cement sheeting and brick/concrete are the ways to go, especially in the tropics and for rental properties. Currently dealing with a lot of kitchen cabinetry that will have to be replaced due to uncaring Tenants. It most certainly won't have provision for a dishwasher again as they don't care if the connection under the sink is water tight and don't plug it up when they have departed so the next one gets a nice wet set of cabinets.>:(
No point making it out of lifetime products .... i have to pay for the new van. Just for record, i didnt invent particle board; and you cant make a kitchen out of cement sheet and concrete ..... it would last far too long

@17triton can you go back to that hill in winter and get a shot of your Triton doing the same thing :)

Was it busy on the tracks?
Funny thing is @cruza driver that hill is less than 1k from my house and thats the first time I have ever tackled it and theres no chance in the wet that I will go near it. But feel free to bring your monster truck up for a crack at it, I can point you in the right direction:). And the Wombat forrest was pretty quiet where I went. I wasn`t tackling any big bog holes but found a couple of good tracks. It was my first time down there.
