No time for high country high jinks. Bit or gardening and discovered can now get mower under Expanda now its a bit higher off the turf. Now more grass to cut! Then started prepping van for Summer holidays which mainly involves just thinking about holidays and looking busy. BabyQ barbecue for dinner.

This weekend was all kids and it is still going.
Dance Rehersals till 9:30pm Thursday and Friday and pick up after that.
Then performances midday and night on Saturday and midday on Sunday.
Somewhere between that my daughter auditioned for Chitty Chitty Bang Bang and will move to final round auditions tomorrow.
Someone find me a desk at work because I am going there for a break.

Saturday night the wife and I went to Sydney to see Nickleback.....totally awesome, brilliant in concert, I just don't understand why some idiot would put on another event opposite with 60,000 young ones which finished at the same time!! Getting home was a nightmare but well worth it.

Hey pace yep very tired the airbags actually where very easy to install I was very surprised took a total of about 40 minutes to slot them in very surprised!!!

I am going to do something like what you have done but in the interim I have fitted the valves to stop the air leaking and wrapped them up out of the way but need to make a bracket like you have.

Did you just get a small sheet of aluminium and bend it up or how did you make that bracket it looks very good??

Glad i had a few jobs to keep me busy this weekend....on Friday afternoon we had the difficult task of putting our 13yo staffie "Bella" down :( she had cancer, we will miss her so much. One of the jobs was the plumbing under van. Cable ties are temporary as Bunnings didn't have brackets to fit pipe, the sink now drains much quicker.

Plumbing looks excellent Burnsy.
In regards to cable ties, was the original Jayco plumbing held up with cable ties on your van also?
Sorry to hear about pooch.

Mate it looks great, and sounds like it is very effective, if you could send me a list of components that would be great.

My stone stomper arrived today (thx Christian) that's my job this weekend in time for our first trip to charters towers on the 15th. Yep that's right Charters Towers, why you ask, I ask myself the same question, but the big boy is playing rep cricket up there. It's gunna be warm.

Thx
Jas

Ok Jas, here's he list

3x 40mm swing check valve f/f slip (these are for each drain, shower, hand basin and sink)
2x 40mm x (40mm) 1 1/2 BSP faucet elbows
1x 40mm faucet socket
2x 40x40 tees
3x 25mm (1") tail x 1" BSP director
3x (40mm) 1 1/2 x (25mm) 1" bush
1x 40mm 45 elbows
1x 40mm 90 elbows

2 meters of 40mm pipe (needs to be high pressure so the outside diameter is right) should be heaps for the job. I also bought 3x adjustable brackets and 1x saddle clamp from Reece Plumbing. Also i used clear pvc cement. If you decide to buy a 38mm ID sullage hose it fits nice and neat inside the 40mm pvc pipe for your outlet, if you go standard you will need a pvc reducer for outlet.

Cheers and happy plumbing!

Hey with the tees, there are two types. One type is a proper tee. The second type has a slight sweep in the base of the tee which is used to assist the water flow direction. Anyway, when purchasing the tees, have a close look at them because they are different. Bunnings had both.
