ThAnks guys. Booked in at broome for 1pm... Had maccas for a late lunch while we waited. Turned out there was a lot of brake dust in there. He asked if we drove accidentally with the brakes on, but we haven't.
Anyway, all fixed! Yay!!!
At willare roadhouse for the night before going on the Gibb tomorrow.

If you can afford the tank and wheel carrier, do it. Can't remember how far we've gone (longest) but we have made carnarvon to Gero ok. Did 23l/100km between Newman and hedland !!!

you do know that Carnarvon to Gerro is only 450kms.................
