Bushy just sent me a spy pic from his phone, the van is in the yard. Unfortunatley the dealer is too busy, so delivery still the 23rd

Hey Moto, I was up at the Brisbane Caravan Show today and took some pix of a 14-44-4 Outback. I was surprised to see that, even though there is only on gas bottle on the draw bar, there was no jerry can holder.
The first shot is just to show the low set tow ball receiver that I find lifts the front of the van excessively, hence the 50mm of plate I had fitted under mine to drop the front of the van back down a bit.
The next just shows the draw bar with gas bottle only, and the next couple are just shots of the interior. I have another shot of the draw bar of the 16-49-3 Outback just to show no jerry can holder but I'll post that in the appropriate thread. One thing I did notice in the new models is new door catches with handle included. Much better than the ones on our last year model. :mad:
Plenty to look at in the show, lots of vans, very high prices and assorted goodies. Managed to keep my spending to a set of awning deflappers ($15) and a pair of anderson plugs ($10 ea). Ah well, there's always next year

I have asked for mine to have the 50mm hitch block fitted for when i pick it up, so thanks for your advise on that.

There are quite a few QA issues but the dealer was fantastic and has them either fixed or new parts ordered already. I kind of expected there to be some issues, being one of the first of this model in an outback (plus the huge amount of options that were fitted).
Spent the day packing and playing with it, will post a few more photos soon.
Can't wait to go away in it
