Thanks Brad and the weather was spot on for a day out in the hills.
Looks like you had a great time on the bikes!
Nice to put a face to the name even if it was disguised behind your helmet!
HAHA I'm not in the vids I was doing the filming (on the phone) the joys of leading a ride you film everyone else :( :)
Looks like fun CD, brings back memories of my KX 250 days! :)

^ my missus wont go near a tent after buying the expanda, she says "I wouldn't go anywhere without my shower and toilet" lol, which has sucked while we have been without the van

We have opted this time to go with external shower, no toilet. My kids are now ok to use the public toilets and we have a portable one for places where there are the long drops etc. Having boys is a little easier.

Tenting it is ok... but all the unloading and packing - looking forward to being back in the van. We are looking at June Long Weekend for our next trip, Kangaroo Valley, but I don't think we will have the van yet, so it will be the tent again. We are also staying in an onsite safari tent with some friends in May, that should be interesting... still love having our own though.

We are looking to do a big trip next year to the top end... so we will have to do some work before then to get it ready.

Kangaroo Valley.....I still shudder when I think of our first trip there with the 18 down those mountains

We will still have the tent for the long weekend :(

But good news we heard today that our van will come off the line early june with delivery late June/first week of July :)

On Saturday we went riding around Noojee, sorry no vids this time just a few pics. The weather was spot on once again and we finished the day off with a feed at the Tool Shed. It was also the 1st time the BT had the towing duty of 3 bikes on the back :driver:
There were 4 of us on this ride and I was surrounded once again by KTM's :D:
I'll let the photos do the talking (all phone shots)
I took the next 2 pics while waiting for one of the KTM's needing to reinflate his rear tyre, luckily for him it wasn't a puncture

The sun hadn't long risen

This was the view we were faced with when popping out of the end of a fast flowing track that also included some slippery hill climbs and having a little off  This was about 40km into the 70km ride.

Hey Burnsy,

If I knew you were going to be in the neighbourhood last weekend I would've said you are more than welcome to drop in to our place and grab a shovel, we're digging up the front yard to make room for the new van, ha ha. I'll have to get some photo's of what we're doing up on the web site.

Went to Mount Warning Rainforest Park for an overnighter. When we bought the van we decided we must get away once a month no matter what, so... off down the road for a quickie and light a fire. Kids love glamping so it's an easy gig for us.

^-- See that above? I can't work out how to post a Flickr URL. What does that "insert/edit image" button do?

Saturday was normal U12's basketball in the morning, then dancing, then U14's basketball mid afternoon, followed by a clean up under the pergola and decorate for the 93rd b'day party today. 93 as my 2 elder sons plus my father in law ages together had a joint party and i have just come in from cleaning up after all the teens have gone home, put out the fire pit, pulled down all the streamers and balloons and used my neighbours bins to throw stuff out.

was a great day, at one stage there were 12 teenagers in our 14ft trampoline, it was like our own UFC cage fight arena.

Cheers Pace.

Saturday was getting over head cold and helping son move house. Sunday I brought a ground spike with a dog lead attached and a rubber boot mat for the back of the 4x4. Ready for our pups first camping trip next weekend to the Murray River free camping.
