Hey Bushman,

the premix went down dry so no dramas, base course had to be laid perfectly and was hammered into the premix with rubber mallets then it was wetted down, rest of the courses were easy to lay.

So whats the green box? Suggestion, use 4LO on the 100s backing it up the incline, it'll like it better. Personal preference of course. Good luck sleeping, I'm sure expanda will be true to his word and check with you. Pace

Pace,

That's ours and the neighbours electrical connection box, all underground power around here. The incline isn't that big it looks worse in the photo's but I'll keep it in mind, if I did use 4LO I wouldn't engage the transfer lock I assume.

Hi expanda,

Thanks for that, first trip is a shake down cruise to Currarong Beachside Tourist Park, great for the kids, jumping pillow for the adults and it's nice and close only being an hour or so from home.

Hi expanda,

yep I'm awake, have been since 4:00, been browsing for things to buy for the van, big day today, woo hoo.

Hi Brad, yep got the roll up blind roll down flyscreens, as you probably know they can be connected together as well.

Hey Matt, Thanks for that, yeah its gonna look great alright, kids are talking about sleeping out there tonight, mum might have something to say about that though.

O/K here goes, lots of fun was had today, got down to Jayco and took the van around to get the 7 pin plug and Anderson plug fitted only to be told that as of this week the NSW government and RMS require all towed vehicles with a break away system have to be fitted with a break away indicator mounted on the dashboard to show that the break away system is fitted and working correctly. Jayco knew nothing about this at all, so we had the auto electrical guy do all of that for us and retrofit a 12 pin in place of the 7 pin flat that was already fitted on our car, so we've been held up for a couple of hours longer than expected.
Once that was all done it was back to Jayco and low and behold a notice has just been emailed through from RMS notifying of the changes so the auto elec was really on his game great bloke too knew his stuff well.
Anyway the guys at Nowra RV centre had us all hooked up in no time explained everything really well and set the WDS up getting the car within 10mm of original height. Good run home, no hold ups and tows like an absolute dream, wouldn't even know it was there.
Once home reversing it onto the landing pad turned out to be a breeze, the Klamp-It is fitted, power's hooked up and now its time to play. Here's a few photos of the new addition now its at home.
