Yes you would think so.You'd think it would be easy to do it right in the first place Wouldnt you?

I was hoping that was the case, its a great layout.Hi Colin and Pauline yes you are right the salesman got it wrong and the deleted floor plan is from the pop top range. So glad you're happy with the van.
Yes i challenged them on it, the rims were our main concern as the tyres were close to but over the weight. Most of the 16" tyres are coming in at 1090kg but these must be cheaper tyres as my BFG's are rated a lot higher. The rims how ever were under weight which has been sorted just waiting for them to arrive now. They are being replaced under warrantyThe tyres that B/water Jayco put on as replacements when my bent axle was replaced were on 16' wheels but rated to 1060kg at 65 psi. Same as the originals. I don't know what they would be at the 45 psi recommended by Jayco.
Did Jayco offer to up grade your tyres or did you challenge them on the loading? What rated tyres have you been given?
Advice appreciated as I don't have much faith in the max loading of my van.
Regards,
Peter.

Hi Peter,Thanks Colin, on the road at the moment. There is nothing on the outside face of the rim but looking at the spare I can see there is some data on the inside face. I have to pull it off the B/bar so see it clearly.
My ATM is 2204 kg. Max ball is 222 kg. I would probably hit both those limits which is why I worry about the tyres at 1060 kg and the axle at 2100. I am aware that the max ATM is made up of tyres axle loads plus ball weight. Still seems to be all very close.
Regards,
Peter.
