Robinvale on the mighty Murray river for our annual boy's trip. Fishing, golf, fire....ahem...cordial....what more could one ask for? Maybe more skill at playing golf??? Have been tipped off about a very nice, secluded little free camp area near there. Might just go for a drive and check it out.
We are off to Tallebudgera Creek Caravan Park for the weekend, I'm also having Friday off to make it a 4 day weekend with my family.
Love tally a good family park but you pay for it at good diving/spearing along the rock wall
Yeah we are looking fwd to it, last time I was there was about 20 years ago. I see you are going to Darlington park, we are also going to go there one weekend soon.

Going the the Caravan and Camping show (Brisbane) so no actual camping this time. LOL
@Bmhdg76 you will have to give a trip report on Gordon Country. We have stayed at Goomburra (main range national park ,poplar flat campground) before and found it quite good and just that bit cheaper then GC. GC does look awesome though. Do you get out there often?

May take a run up to Rainbow - just heard about the c'park / camp ground on the western side of the Point that may be worth checking out...
