I have been trying to find out how to get that TIAV slide with no luck. Even msg Justin with no response. Bugger it was only a limited run. It did look really good.
I will look at other options now. The Kings 60L slide looks ok and at a reasonable price too.

I bought the 60L Kings slide yesterday and measured the tunnel boot with the slide inside.

I need to make the Weber 325mm high.
The Weber measures 362mm high so I need to trim 37mm off the legs.
Got my Makita grinder.....

and cut where the groove fir the drip tray slides. Now she sits 325mm above the slide. Perfect!

I just need to relocate the jack to the other side of the tunnel boot as it was a bit tight with the slide .
Now, do I just screw the slide into the bottom of the tunnel boot or should I use small bolts? Forgot to check how thick that floor would be?
Also I need to use a modified drip tray as the original is too deep for the slide. Or I could simply just use a small foil tray??

Also, not sure if I need to secure the Weber down. I dont think it would slide around much?

Did you cut the feet off the weber completely? If not, you could have purchased some right angle steel from bunnings, and bolted the bottom to the slide, and the side to the weber legs to hold it in place.

I still have the base where the legs kind of extended from. I could attach an angle as you suggested to the sides of both bases and maybe rivet to the slide.

Does anyone travel with the TV connected in position on the bracket. I took the new van in last week to the dealer to get a few things sorted out and I removed the TV coz that's what the salesman told you to do. But I doubt very much whether the TV would fall off. Especially if you tighten that small thumb screw that you need to remove first before you lift off the TV.

Always take it off. Seen a fair few posts from people who left them attached and there they were on the floor ripped out of the wall.
Navigator sell a padded TV bag for storage while travelling.

Same same, I think all Jaycos came with that same TV bracket configuration
Our TV bracket was loose and only held on by 4 small screws. There was extra holes in the bracket so put in extra longer screws and is pretty firm now. But when travelling we leave the TV on but use the bottom polystyrene corner pieces that come with the packing in the box, these sit nicely on the cupboard top below and absorb any vibrations while travelling. Could have explained it easier with a picture but not that smart.

While I no longer have a Jayco my van has a locking bracket and I was told the leave the TV in place while traveling, the only damage to date is the microwave plate jumping out and onto the floor what a mess to coin a phrase

Maybe it will all depend where the TV is mounted. Some are down low in poptops and some are up high in full vans.
In the 22.68-1 it's up high inside the foot above the kitchen bench

Like many things across social media one person's TV falls off and that morphs into everyone's TV has fell off, and is often then perpetuated by people whose TV has never fell off, and another "FB truth" is born. Off course if the van wasnt ordered with TV bracket wall blocking, Jayco never used to put it in (as a kind of punishment) so in cases where TVs have fell off its more likely inappropriate mounting and user error ... same kinda deal when people have a chop at renovating their own houses

We've never bothered to remove our TV, except for off road of course and we've also been through the older heavier DVD combo models previously without issue. Its amazing how little the current TV's weigh

My TV is 24in and has around 5mm of clearance below the overhead cabinet to lift it out of the bracket, so its about as high as is possible

Excuse the mess, in the middle of a bug bomb ....

I spent the afternoon yesterday adding some new items the van.

First item - BOS370 Stabilising Legs.

Very easy install. Remove and reuse factory bolts.
Managed to lift the wheel off the ground with no problems.
Looking forward to our September trip to test these legs out.

Just curious what was wrong with the original stabilising legs?
It isn't recommended to use stabilising legs for lifting the van off the ground. Meant to only use the designated lifting points near the wheels

Nothing wrong with the original legs. I wanted to save time during set up.
The legs will only be lifting the van 1 side at a time and for less than 30 seconds or until I can get the young boy to place ramps under wheels.
