Thanks guys, @relgate, I'd rather be doing this sort of thing these days! @expanda, I'm more than happy to make more, the freight might be a killer though! Hmmm a bike rack incorporated, one for the drawing board @17triton :)

Hi Burnsy - would what you made suit a 16.49-3 with extended draw bar - i.e. my van??

Cheers Bill
Hi Bill, not sure what your after. The spare and reg would need to be no higher than the gas bottles on the pop tops as the beds are lower.....no big problem though!

Great mod.. Like the idea of getting rid of copper gas pipes from bottles to regulator. What's the deal with that, are the flex hoses hard to find, what sizes are they, and why do they even use copper ?

Looks like you could drop the wheel down a fair bit between the aframe too get around the lower bed problem.

They use the copper a because a few years back there was.an.issue with the lining of the braided gas hoses failing and clogging regulaters, didn't only affect Jayco

Yep I heard that too, in fact a gas bloke told me he'd stick with copper because of that....the stainless does look pretty though!

Well done @Burnsy what a great Mod :clap2:.

I have wanted to do something like that mainly to get rid of the low hanging spare on my pop top. Keep up the good work!
