Well a couple of weeks and the wine rack has passed the test, the new shelf hasn't fell over and the Mark III version stone guard worked well after a run along the dirt sections of Turpentine/Braidwood Rd ( Trunk Route 92), very pleasing that the other odd mods have all hung in there. Not impressed with the A/C as a heater so use a small ceramic job. Looking forward to getting home and making some more changes to things before we go to Lightning Ridge in July.

Well started the water pump mods, starting to be one of those jobs. Firstly some ding bat fitted a shelf with a wine rack just a bit too close to the pump, then I find the pump woudn't like being mounted upside down due to the shock mounting and its too high to sit on a rail from one cross member to the other, so we make a fancy mounting bracket out of C channel with the intention to bolt it thru the floor with rubber mounts, like the original plan. The pump shock mounted on it and getting extra protection from stray rocks, brilliant.
But!!! I then find that I can't fit it under the cupboard as there are hoses in the way and moving it means I would have bolts up thru the floor where we walk, crap !! maybe be able to move plumbing but fear drain maybe uphill.
Bugga, turn lights off, shut shed doors and go have a beer.
Day 2 and when I get out of bed, it's back to the shed with some new ideas, I hope.

Day 2 and I finished my pump house, all nicely painted with pump mounted in it, sprayed the outside of the pump with varnish as an old farmer told me it keeps them from getting rusty and holds the water back, can't hurt I suppose. decided to screw/glue a 5mm aluminium sheet to floor and the pump house will tek screw to it, just didn't like the idea of having only 4 or so 10mm screws into wood holding it up. Should work a treat, tomorrow I should finish bolting it in and then hooking up the plumbing, I even remembered to put the batteries on the charger this time. If your in Toowoomba Select Caravans has a good range of bits and pieces, bought a heap of water line circlips, (those red things) and some spare water line red and black just in case, and it cost bugger all, may not be a flashy place but his range and prices are pretty damn good.
This is the pump house sitting on the bench, I'm thinking of putting some fine aluminium expanded metal mesh over the ends just to keep any big goolies out, will take a pic of the finished job to show, so long as it all works that is. Not going to do a blow by blow as I have nearly totalled my camera and phone doing build pics, welding next to phones is not advised, they melt.....lol,lol.
Day 3: Rain and drizzle great shed day........Job all done and I'm very pleased, I didn't put a screw thru the floor or cause any flooding or find I needed just a bit more of something.....if anyone is thinking of something similar take care when screwing into the floor and have a bit of extra water pipe just in case, if you plan things right you just rearrange the bits. The pump runs a lot quieter now just a little grumble and believe it or not I have moved a possible 19 leak points from inside to outside and have put the cir clips on most joints, all 36 so far. Repositioned the very basic water filter which can now be serviced without having to remove clamp, just unscrew the end.

out of the way also. The bolts are rubber mounted to reduce sound and vibration. The red bits are the cir clips making sure the fittings stay LOCKED a must do job.
View from other end, everything nicely tucked away and easy access, bottom right is the basic filter which
will be changed to a fancy one eventually. Last bit to do is cover the ends with a mesh to keep rocks and crap out.
Extra cupboard space, not great but only 2 points which could leak now instead of 19. Have a power point in there so may end up being a " Wild Turkey " rack.......

If Jayco don't copy your pump house they are crazy. Getting it under the van is great, frees up a lot of space.
Grey water tank all fitted, holds about 40 lts, was hoping for more but not hard to expand it. Should be good for a day or 2 at those stops that require it, when not needed just open the valve and it flows as normal. Remove end cap if cleaning needed.
Haven't fitted any S bends will see how things go but since this unit can be cleaned easily unlike using other tanks I probably won't need them and it has a breather vent fitted also.
The fitting on the valve will have to be changed when I find a less bulky unit but beggars can't be choosy.
Just used 150mm PVC pipe and various poly/pvc fittings.
