That one cost me $499 on special 12 months ago @Bluey . Unfortunately only holds one CD/DVD at a time but you can copy 6 onto the hard drive in it. One of the only ones I found that fitted the Prado without having to get surround panel to fill in any gaps. Also runs the reversing cam on the back of the Prado!

Got it from http://www.digoptions.com

Ok ... We were suppose to be going away the weekend before to Albany for the ANZAC weekend and we will see if we can organise a couple of days annual leave swap for the weekend after to catch up with the crew up there at Ledge Point...Haven't ever been there and it's only 2 hours up the road.:bounce:
Will confirm by Wednesday and I will say we will be up there Friday night after work....:car:

Picked up the latest mod this afternoon. Had some white PVC sewn onto the end shade wall with rope on the top to fit the Antiflap bar and rope down the long edge to fit the awning track. Will see how it goes at Ledge Pt once the bottom corner is pegged down.

We bought a Coast to Coast end sunwall as a last minute rush before our xmas trip. It comes with the top keder, and after we got home I purchased 6m of keder to sew on the sunwalls vertical ..... and sew onto some other stuff like a front annex awning etc etc.

Our sunwall wasnt to bad our of the bag, but with the slopping antiflap, the sun wall continually wanted to slidedown the slope. The tighter it was pegged down, the more it slid .... the vertical keder in the annex track should stop that

Not a Mod yet but more of an addition to take away...... Have spoken with Mrs Dagree for quite some time and all it took was a weekend away with no TV reception to get the "Go Ahead" ;)

Now she can get to watch Home and Away and I get to watch the footy (AFL) when away from home!!

Sat Dish 002.JPG
TV anywhere!!!!!!!

Mods will happen next weekend to mount the receiver in a cupboard, change the aerial points to F59 screw in and permanently fit wiring. (Damn Mother's Day and Daughter's birthday have put a hold on doing it tomorrow).

Also couldn't get the TV off the top bunk to try it out due to not being able to raise the roof to get it out

Thanks @Crusty181 ... Similar to what I had in mind except I am thinking of welding a jockey wheel clamp on the rear bar and bend some tube so it swings out to one side so the bed can be lowered. Just have to drag the van out next weekend to measure up.

My original plan was to do that, using a similar setup to the aftermarket swing out car bumper/wheel carrier.

Problems is your very limited with line of sight, and subtle relocation for trees, other vans etc. Mines held into the holder with linch pin, and setup time would be the same with much better options

I have previously had to put the dish 40 odd metres away

The jockey wheel clamp would only be used for travelling @Crusty181 .... Unless we happened to stop in a position that was in perfect sight of the satellite and level!!! Wouldn't hold my breath looking for one like that ;)
