Good work Bill, My dunny cassette door isn't sealed either, thought ages ago that it's something that should be done, then I reminded myself I still have to do it when I saw a cassette door on a Coromal that was sealed, Might get Jayco to did it while its back there for the roof.

Good idea - how/why did your roof leak mate?

not totally sure but think it was dodgy sealing in the joins front right corner or could be where cables from solar pass through also if you look at the roof it has bows in the panels and water pools along the joint lines between roof frame and panels

Great job Bill. I got under my expanda a while ago to do the same thing. It was amazing how much unsealed flooring timber there was that needed sealing.

Why not order a panel from Jayco to match rather then just painting the draw front.
