wasn't too stressed today,
made a start on the vents for my box
hardest part was finding the Alli Flyscreen (I know its SOMEWHERE here) and trimming it to size
IMAG0706.jpg

finally settled on
vent
alli flyscreen silastic to vent
double sided tape around hole in box
vent then pop riveted to it........

Im happy (and thats all that matters)

have to get another one the same size as used, for the other side, the small one I have, I will put underneath

you would think, that with the amount of crap I have laying around my place
I would have some steel that I can use for a spare wheel carrier - similar to yours @dagree

got all sorts, but none that will do what I want

in the pic of the box, in the long grass, you can make out part of my shed, a roll of cable, some bits of 40x20x1.5 RHS, some bits of Alli etc
but nothing I can use for my carrier.......

lol, lol, hey @bigcol sounds like my place, I had to spray some spots with roundup to see what I had, which meant a massive cleanup, found what I needed and place looks very nice now. I'm trying to keep it that way, it's hard.

went over to my mate workshop to scrounge some scrap steel for my wheel carrier......
being the end of the month, there was very very little left over.... :(
in the end, we found some 50x50x5 RHS & some 90x50x4 Angle
enough to get it done.........
piccies for all you guys.........
a few slight mod's as per @dagree drawing, and a few of my ideas thrown in as well...........

You bed end flys look fine to me!
Do need to make sure that they wrap around the top corner so water does not dribble past the hinge and end up inside behind the fly.
