They would have to make some big changes to the rules. Mustang is coming that's a fact and FPV will sell them which as a Holden fan I think is great. Real muscle car there. Have to see what they do to the rules. So Soaring, me thinks you know what we might be getting in the 4 door range. Isn't that what they will be racing. Otherwise everyone will be racing 2 door sports coupes. Didn't Ford Motorsport only back FPV for another year?
V8 super cars is a business. They will do whatever is in the best interests of keeping the punters interested. If that means changing rules to allow Nissan and Merc to race, or other changes such as two door cars, then that's what they will do.
But we do have a couple of years yet, and the next facelift for the falcon is just around the corner, and it's a cracker.

I will be waiting for the Everest, that looks pretty good. Looks the goods for towing a big Jayco. I am half on the Ford banner Soaring, I have a BT50 :).

Yep it has been awhile just jokin with you. It was a unreal race to watch like last year and for the last hour not knowing who was gunna win and great driving to Frosty to hold his nerve:encouragement:.

...or stick with 4-doors and go to the V8 Fusion/Mondeo (as in NASCAR). That's the global platform vehicle that could fit the bill.

Yeh mate bit quiet around here at the moment, just keepin my head down...
Actually the V8 Supercar fan in me was happy to see them get up, the Holden fan in me thinks it sucks......
Lets talk about the State of Origin, that will make me feel better :)

I love the telecast showing the roo jump away into the bush, I somehow don`t think it was the same roo:angel-87:.
apparently he avoided the roo and hit the bank, which is opposite to what he said in the pits????? But we were never told why there was a safety car, poor skippy : anyway ut was only the Kelley bros so who really cares anyway
