Hi all.... Have been absent for a while - problems logging in but @expanda fixed that for me today!! Soooooo good to be back on the forum! Oh and changed jobs too.... So new email address didn't help matters! But all good now :)

Just checked with Caravanland today and our 2015 17-56.2OB is on track and coming off the production line March 19... Excitement is building (yes we are counting the days)! Have sold the Prado - very sad, great car - and the camper trailer (again very sad) in preparation....

Two disappointing things though. First one resources 3rd water tank. We wanted the extra capacity for free camping, and it was on our order, but we have since been advised they can't fit it now. Something about the spare tyre getting in the way which I don't believe but it is what it is. Second thing is the bed end covers. Obviously the 2015 model has a new bed end design, so the prior model covers won't fit. No outlook on when they will have ones suitable for the 2015 model yet either. Aside from that we are getting very very excited!!!

Just need to build up some holidays now so I can use it
Hi Michael B,
Our 20.64-1 is due out of the factory on the 19th March as well. Have they given you any idea when you will see it in Perth? We still can't get any sort of locked in date. We are hoping start of April.

new design latches on the bed end hard lid. Funny how they still call it a hockey stick to support the bed end canvas when it looked like a straight pole.

It's seems what we asked for, and didn't get, on our panda has now become standard. Typical.
However, I'm glad to see they fixed the black hole that was in the cupboards above the bed . Hope they did it to the other end cupboard too!

Can I say what a stupid place to put the stereo... Right near the roof above the fridge! I am 6'4" so I would have no problems, but my wife would at that height!

On the way to a work site this morning, could help myself when I past the Bayswater Jayco. The 20.63s were on par with @Red1 pics, and I was much less anti than the Melb show offerings ...

Couple of good things noted and a couple of not so good things noted.

The bathroom seemed noticably wider. Not sure how that happened because the fridge and cabinet next to the bathroom in the kitchen seems the same width as mine. The bathroom entry door is definitely wider, and that may give the illusion of a wider bathroom. Vanity bench to shower slider was 950mm .... if anyone has a comparison

But ones things for certain ..... that green inside and out will take some getting used to. The bed end, on the inside, was lit up in bright green like the flight bridge of the Enterprise during a Klingon attack

Finally had a look at the new 17.56-2 at Bendigo on the way home camping at Deniliquin, I wasn't sure I would like the new design as much as the old design, but apart from the toilet cassette on the annex side I like it much better, not as showy with the straight kitchen but more practical. Ours should be ready before Easter we hope for its first trip. Been a long wait.

Hi all, We got our new 20.64 last week. Went away for Easter and it was great. The awning LED was terrific, as was the room that the slide out gives. The green canvas wasn't as bright inside as we thought, even in the morning sun. The only problem was Jayco didn't run the fridge drain through the floor, so the fridge leaked a little bit of water when the hose filled up. Easy fixed. It tows well, but the Cruiser does like a drink after having a Swan!!!

Thanks for the look @Red1 - we are hoping that ours lands in the next week or so at the dealers - interesting that you still have the washing machine in the bathroom, that option was not available to us, and their brochures for the 2015 models show it only available in the kitchen. Seems as though they have a few bitsa's, bit of 2015 and 2015 in some of the choices available.

We have picked the same decor option as you, so is good to see how it looks.

Those colours seemed to be the nest and we are really happy with how they came up. The only concern we have is being a bit dark, weather the back of the lounge will fade being against the big lounge window
