Well after getting the gearbox synchro fixed a couple of weeks ago when we went on our trip to Jamieson we noticed the clutch slip a little and also found a little oil in the driveway at home so back to the dealer for them to have a look. They said a seal was buggered and the gearbox had to come back out and they would look at the clutch but basically said they didn't touch the clutch when they took the box out so I was a little worried.
Dropped the car off this morning and got a phone call at 1:00 They said the clutch was stuffed and I asked who was paying for that then? They straight up said oil had got onto the clutch and wrecked it and that it would all be covered by them under warranty:encouragement:. I have to wait until tomorrow to pick the car up but have to say that I'm impressed with their service and acknowledging that they were at fault and rectifying the problem quickly. Very happy.
Bugger Matt good way to ruin a good weekend out.

Here is a mod I knocked up in March for the high country trip that @cruza driver organised. I needed to stop the swags rolling in where the fridge goes when it is slid out. MSA make a great cage but at about $330 it scared me off. My solution was to get some security mesh and bend it up. With the help of a great mate of mine @Gupp68, we bent this up and all for the price of the mesh in $30. Works a treat as well.

I really like the water container. Simple and effective, removable and not to mention relatively cheap as well. Might have to pinch this one for the off grid stuff...

Hardy, ha.............gee copped it with the Jeep now with the Rado, I just can't help picking vehicles that make others envious.......

bloke nearby has a big arse Chevy with a winch on the back that would pull a road train, mind you it has every toy you can imagine and I'd have to sell my house just to pay for it.
Truck going to look the Ducks when you get it fitted.
