Progress halted...... Dam you Ita, well at least the rain will soften the ground to dig the foundations
Just rang dealer for update. Van is complete except for one part they are waiting for supply. Should have it today or tomorrow. Van will then be weighed etc for compliance plate and then tested to ensure things are in working order and there are no leaks etc (I am assuming this will probably be done between Easter and Anzac holiday with any luck). Then dispatched to Sunny NQ. I am beginning to wonder if we will actually have it in time for Mothers Day weekend getaway as hubby will be working up until the Thursday night beforehand.
Same news with ours. Good thing for us is that it only has to go to Nowra. Maybe Thursday next week or Monday after that.
I wish it was the same for us @CrazyMOBB, but then I would rather they take their time and get it right instead of us getting a van that has been rushed through the system. (Well that's what I am telling myself anyway). Once we get word that it is on its way up, then I will be putting the hard word on the dealer to get our pre-delivery done with priority ;-p

Another update today.....weight and water test done today and then dealer is arranging for it to be on the next truck heading north......dealer has been so very helpful. Must cringe every time he gets an email from me lol

Well we booked our factory tour when I thought ours was going to be made, now its off the line a few weeks later so wonder what we will see.
Great news @Ren77. I spoke to Jayco today and all on time. May be at dealer next week but public holidays may just delay things a little. Will just have to wait and see how things pan out.
Just have to put the roof sheeting on and she's all done! (Insert happy dance)
Still waiting to see doctor. Apparently Jayco have skeletal staff this week so not sure if it will get picked up. It is still sitting at the factory
