Getting rid of the kids will happen, just goes quicker than you think but they aren't the reason you downsize it's because of all the grandkids that want to go away with you...........................enjoy them, take heaps of memories then years later sit back, look at others and wonder how you ever went away with a tribe and actually enjoyed yourselves...........utter bedlam.......lol,lol.:focus:

You guys are nuts (in a good way) go away for a few days and I need 4hrs to catch up with everything posted. Thanks for the advice.

iadizajy Where did you get the draw fridge from??
I bought it from the Waeco online store. Was looking for a freezer cover and They had it as a factory refurb so got it at half the price they are asking now.

Some of these mods may be a standard fit to newer vans but I've really appreciated having them. In no particular order:
1. external gas bayonet connector
2. Weber Baby Q (or similar) and 3 metre gas hose
3. annex matting
4. radio/cd stereo with bluetooth connectivity
5. external fold-down table.

Thought about top mods a bit more and this one probably should have been top of my list - a rear vision camera.

Not a fan of the coffee machines that use capsules. Enjoy grinding coffee beans and savouring the aroma; boiling the kettle and making a plunger for two. Don't mind the Italian stove top expresso makers either. Best part though is having that coffee at a place we've never been to before.

Satellite TV? Is it the same programs as regular free to air TV?
I joined Stan recently, haven't watched regular TV since.

Noticed on my recent trip National Parks & Wildlife have banned generators. If you see someone using one they prefer you to covertly record the offender's details.
We take foxtel and also haveVast which is free to air and ours works off 12v or 240v

Mrs Dagree also saw me looking online...... Not one word said but I did get "That Look!!!!!!" :boxing-25: .... Waeco website quickly closed
Simple solution Dagree is to fill the fridge with beer and your stuff. Mrs Dagree will tell you to remove it from said fridge, permission granted. Case:closed_2:. Seriously mine was good, saw the functionality and freed up space in the fridge for food for 2 growing kids and havent bought a bag of ice since.

Perth. WA
tis easier to ask for forgiveness
than to ask for permission
Been there... Done that! (Plenty of times)

I think I will be inspecting your new fridge draw at the next meet up..................??????
Could be a chance of that, and if so, it will be mounted under my seat ;) .... All depends on the job situation for now!!!!!! Mods are on hold for now.
