Thanks @Bluey... How do the screw connectors actually connect on the van? Have you glued them on permanently or is there another connector I'm not aware of?

the fittings from bunnings, just slip on easy fit they have a rubber seal , they fit very tight on the seal but the seal is wide and thickish which make them just fit but once u screw the top one on its done I leave the bottom one on all the time just screw the top one on fits very tight with the seal but it works without the seal heaps of play hope that made sense ????????
yes I take it off when not in use ,,,,, a tip from jayco today cable tie the poptop clips when traveling , can never come undone I was asking for clamps with a pin clip or Velcro it like the awning , cable ties u beauty !! he showed me a much better way to raise the poptop open awning first lean it out a few feet !!! then raise the roof much easier hand over never showed me that he did it with awning still clamped up but open

Nice. Got the parts today, other than a 3rd elbow. Will look at putting it together during the week. Our outlets aren't as neat as yours, I feel a previous owner may have bashed them or twisted them, but I'll get it to work.

Yeah we've had a fair bit come through just now. They finished up around 1pm so it's had some decent curing time. I'm more worried about the run off. The fall is back towards the corner of the garage, and we grinded out a channel to take the water away, but initial indications are that it hasn't really worked...

Still, I'm sure I can work something out.

At least one thing is for sure, the rain is certainly going to help with the relocation of the turf I'm attempting...

Good job, you'll be right with the rain, on a good note the wetter and longer it takes to cure the stronger it will be!

They didn't muck around looks like the boxing off and control joints in already?
