Hi all. Having an issue with my Truma as well on the outback 17.56.
With cooling (and heating) a large noise like an imbalance is occurring.
I push on the internal roof (not the aircon) and it quietens. Any ideas??
We had a Truma installed around xmas time, in a Coaster in the roof at the rear. We had nothing but trouble with the unit from day one, it has just been replaced for the third time and finally we can use it and get some sleep (with earplugs in tho) The noise was unbelievable just as you describe, when we pushed the unit from below it would stop. In the end the guys fixing it decided that the casing was cracked inside, (on two machines??)we had to have it checked before the last one was installed. Then we found out that it won't heat (as forum above) so no way, never again, don't bother with one of these, the service from head office was appalling too. Waste of 3 grand.

Just spent a few nights with the Coleman Mach in <2 degrees and the heater was very ordinary, hope it cools better otherwise I will be changing it for sure!

This seems like a "fit for purpose" type of claim. If a heater doesn't work when it's cold, then it is not fit for purpose. Has anyone had a conversation with Jayco on this?

No I haven't dealt with Jayco yet I bought second hand but will mention it if I go there for service.
