The base station sounds like a good idea . If you put back the bunk beds during the day and put a piece of play carpet or rug the kids could sit inside and play on a bad weather day. GO THE BASE STATION !!!!!

Sitting in van in Adelaide at the moment with diesel heater just firing up to take over from Ibis for the rest of the night. Diesel seems to maintain a much more stable temperature through the night and quieter as well.

No Dave .... you would need a diesel heater in any van you get (or have)
