Was in Alice Springs a few days ago. Definitely left before the QB weekend as it seems that all places booked out coming up as the Alice to Finke race, amongst other things, on the weekend. Lots of competitors and spectators still travelling up the Stuart Hwy and some running a bit late as still passing Lake Hart. Some may need to do some more interesting night driving to make scrutineering and prologue.

We are heading to Lakeside Caravan park Halls Gap, got the ute loaded with wood should be ok weather.

Queens birthday weekend was spent down at Neurum Creek Bush Retreat. Plenty of families with vans there.

@Crusty181 No its was fine need the wingard up for the regular channels as the signal Iis split so can also watch foxtel in the van or outside tv you should come over and try it next time we go camping together and for $15 /month we get an extra foxtel box at home

Well see if we have the same van still working on Sarah for the Basestation.

The base station sounds like a good idea . If you put back the bunk beds during the day and put a piece of play carpet or rug the kids could sit inside and play on a bad weather day. GO THE BASE STATION !!!!!
