Great stuff mate! Cheers for the advice!

I'm thinking of just throwing in an old medium soft brush in the bag to brush it down each time i pack it away.

The bracket on the rotisserie motor should go over the top section of the end plates.

I have something very similar called a slot-me-in. It is pretty cool but there are 3 issues. First it is quite heavy. Fine to move around but it will eat big time into your payload. Secondly, the deep V shape is very inefficient for cooking. Need lots of fuel to get a good spread of coals. Third, the bugger has warped on me pretty badly. Can still get it apart easy enough but cannot close down the base so lots of air gets in. See point 2....
