Takes a while, 10 mins each bolt in lathe to bore centres out, 7 each side but going on ride differance in a 4WD with greasable shackles, should be a good thing.

Big plans ahead for our Discovery, going to paint the entire interior, well my mate is who's a pro painter(I absolutely detest painting).
Thinking high gloss white with black/dark grey trims. So now to pretty much strip everything out and prepare it ready.
Open to interior colours opinions bearing in mind pop top vinyl is grey.

A few pics of van stripped out and sanded ready to paint and then a few of first coat. Wanting a high gloss finish so may require 3 coats.

While sanding the paint off the bench tops edges today I had a brain wave, im going to get all cupboard faces sand blasted and varnish them, should give the van a more mordern look inside I think.
Also fitting stainless steel sheeting to front of fridge.

Never trusted the plastic door lock assy so came up with this idea. Two patio locks, top and bottom of door, they can be locked with bolts in or out so cant be locked in van.
