We use an Amphibian at home although keep thinking to get a sparky out seeing the meter box is next to the van you think its not a hard job.
We got ours cheaper on special. Got it in case we go to my sisters or somewhere its portable.

There is also a smaller one which is not water proof not sure you can use outside. As says indoor use only :) Same as a Jaycar one around

Yeah...they aren't cheap. But getting a sparky out would not be any better.

Thanks heaps...I'll look at them when back home

Ok....I need some help on plumbing. The water it only coming out a trickle again. I don't know why. It was working fine when we left Melbourne this morning

Plug in the hose when arriving at Kennett river...it is happens again similar to when we were up in bundaberg. I got the dealer to fix that time.

I've checked the inlet. It had a little bit of scrap...but not much. I pulled it out. But has made no difference

Is the pump turned on or are you on Mains pressure?

@McKenzie ... If on mains water... Under the van close to the hose connection point there is a pressure limiting valve (Bronze valve usually). Remove it and undo one end, pull out the spring and give it a good stretch. Put it back together and replace it and try the tap again!

99.9% should fix the problem. Just make sure to turn off the supply before removing :D

OH and don't cut the spring like someone else did 8-) More info HERE

For a boost when on mains, we also run the pump which gives additional water, but does draw from your tanks. I reckon that's ok though, as good to keep rolling the tank water through to prevent stagnation.

Yeah, and I know who that person is, not mentioning any names ( @Willow4 ). Had a 30 L bucket outside to capture the shower water, and now there's no doubt as to who has the longest showers?????????

And yes, I had second shower and got not too much hot.
