More relaxed now...wind not so bad and had more sleep ☺

Hi @Dobbie dealer coming to me. To sort bed converter out..they are trying very hard to sort the small things out. Think I'll get them to move the tap as well...the external one

Hi @davemc yes loving the curtain. The one you see is a temp one as it was to match the rest of the other curtains

They had to ask Melbourne to fly post the correct style. It arrived today but it came as two separate curtains...not so good. So still got old olds plus new ones and motherin law will sew up when back from trip.

Did i tell you factory stuffed up the bed converter?

So dealer gave me a mattress from another van...fits great. Plus they are sending me the correct seats.

The plumbing broke yesterday. The pressure reducer broke i think. Damian from jayco came out to caravan park to try and fix. The water just would not flow to either taps. Really glad it happened while still there..but should not happen at all. Got fixed today as well as he did not have the correct part with him

The shelves i was to have installed in the robe were installed to today

Lastly factory installed the external tap underneath the gas pipes making impossible the turn tap on...had to bead pipes just enough to get my hand there to turn on....I got them to move it further up the draw bar.....somethings makes you wonder sometimes

Fuel economy humm

Well there was some strong winds today when starting out which seemed to get better as we got to brisbane

Started at a shocking 19l per 100km
Got to 16.8 to 17l per 100. Which is where we expected. That gives a small range of 300kms :(

So fuel locations are important to me. Tomorrow we head to sawtell. Ive maped out all the BPs along the way for tomorrow. Dont normally pick bp...just figure there fuel is better...give more power i hope and better range i hope.

our back cushions did not come off the 17.58 with the bed converter did not think of it at the time the twins small. The 22' the cushions come off.
Does your table fit correctly in the gap? Ours did not they gave us a piece of wood. Again with the 22 it does not fit thinking to change the table leg over to one of those gas operated up and down legs.

There should not be any problems although I think most of us have them. I think they three layers of QA are done by people with worse eyesight then me. :)

I doubt i can get a bigger tank.

Apart from that the subaru is handling it well. Its not a tow machine...but is bravely working hard.

Im not sure the table goes there? I'll have a look. They already had a board that looked like it was intended to be used. Thats what they showed me to use.

on the 17' the table was like 8cms to wide the same on the 22' no idea why they do not make the table match the width?
Not sure I'll measure in morning. The only thing is the slot or angle does not look deep enough for thickness of table.

We use an Amphibian at home although keep thinking to get a sparky out seeing the meter box is next to the van you think its not a hard job.
We got ours cheaper on special. Got it in case we go to my sisters or somewhere its portable.

There is also a smaller one which is not water proof not sure you can use outside. As says indoor use only :) Same as a Jaycar one around
