Was in Aldi around late morning today, plenty of milk in 2 & 3 litre packs, bought 4 different types of meat ( 1 pack each of mince, sausages, steak and ham) and some frozen veggies. Lots of customers but all behaving well and 4 of the 5 registers open. Main reason for visit was to check (and buy) a coffee machine. Got it home, unpacked and set it up, the last thing before using was to fit the coffee filter into the holder only to find this.
Three quarters of an hour on the phone talking to a female with an unintelligible accent, I finally managed to get a promise to have a new one mailed out to me. I can still use it by making one cup at a time using the smaller single cup filter. Other than that it seems like a well made unit. The 3 year warranty may get a workout..
