Good work. I think you might struggle with a quick connect, the hard fuel line is about 1mm and all the factory connectors are just shorts of rubber fuel hose you jamb the fuel line into. If you ran the exhaust and pointed it toward the off side, regardless if it reached I think you be ok with the fumes so long as it was pointing that way.
Thanks @Crusty181. What type of fuel tank have you got and where is it installed?

@Andrewm02 ive got the slim line plastic tank. Yet to mount it, i had to wait for alum drawbar tool box to arrive, then find time to mount that. Been using a 5 litre fuel can sitting on the ground under the van. Ill mount the tank on the outside of end of the tool box closest the kerb, that ways its reasonably close to the car filler

Thanks @Crusty181. Where did you source the tank from?

This is a old pic from when I first picked up the van and installed the diesel heater while at the caravan park. That's under the seat of the slide out.

Thanks @ShaneT how did you access under the slide out. Under our cushions are sealed units so will need to cut a hole to get too it.

My batteries are under the seat from factory so I had a hole already. Batteries under the back seat and a draw under the front.

Thanks @ShaneT, any chance of getting some pics of your install and also how Jayco put the hole in for batts. My preference is to mount under dinette/slide out, but also have to contend with ctek unit as it is under slide out also.

I'm not sure how much support they have put in because ad you know the seat base has 2 layers so I can't see, but it is Aluminum box section between the two layers . The vent is on the back of the lounge and the controller is in the pantry.

It just arrived. Has two digital controllers? I didn't order one.

No muffler, if needed I will add one. Vent looks big and is directional.

Hey @BigSkiddy, got my heater today but it is missing the heater outlet :(. Will get that sent, but had a question about fitting the outlet pipe onto the heater. It looks like a very tight fit and I don't want to damage it. Is there a trick to getting this on?

I don't recall having any difficulty getting the ducting on. It was slightly out of round so had to squish and reshape it. Being metal/aluminium it should be durable enough.

Sorry about the late reply, have been busy.

Where abouts did you mount your fuel pump?
