as promised,

Tare came in at 2255kg, ATM 2800kg leave us 545kg for stuff and trust me we have plenty of that lol
we actually wanted a white interior as neither of us are that keen on wood grain, but we also wanted a true composite van and this one ticked all the other boxes, life is a compromise at times. Fitted the anti flap rafters of the old van, they were a bit short so some modifications required, put the holder for them on the rear also, off to Elliott Heads tomorrow, might come home Saturday as the forecast is less than ideal, Friday 40mm, Saturday 35mm, Sunday 100mm of rain

On our first little trip away to Tamworth for the festival, came via Kilkivan, Nanango, Oakey, Pittsworth wit a stop over a a free camp in Leyburn and a great pub meal. We got lost a couple of times on the back road Brookstead to Leyburn and we were playing tag with a T650 Kenworth from Wickham’s we pulled over to do another U turn at Leyburn and he pulled up behind us for a chat and gave us some direction nice bloke carting 22ton af eggs lol. Next morning just a quiet wander through Inglewood for breakfast and down to Texas and onto Tamworth via Fosicas Way averaged 15 LPH sitting on 95 - 100 so happy with that.

Usually is, a main stop for wanderers but they all congregate near the road, thin out down the back and over the river......have a great time in your new rig mate.
