White for me too - though I did once have a silver 930 Turbo wide body Porsche - 1977 model - my second mid life crisis - first one was motorcycles. Porsche did nearly 100k in first gear - though it only had 4 gears and the brakes were not very good - non-power assisted! It looked good in silver though with bright blue upholstery......

Having spent the last two months in Europe it has come to my notice that you hardly ever see a white car. Most are shades of dark blue, through the greys and a lot of black. From this I can only deduce that Europeans of all nationalities either practice vehicular apartheid in reverse, or have learned from experience that White gets manky more often.

Do you think that it has something to do with trying to find their car, or being seen, in snow?
