WHAT???? We asked for the spare to be moved, and got told a flat no. (Got our guy to ask a few times). When we pick up our van on the 17th, I'll be mentioning that I know and I'm not happy.
Still, am happy for you guys. Can't wait to see the new colour schemes. Not really liking the ones they give at the moment, but nothing that a set of covers won't fix.

I know. I got a flat no too when I asked. Not happy. So I asked again and got another flat no!!

Until I see the plans I won't believe it... But fingers are crossed!

Shame they are changing the decals. I think the greeny coloring is really good, almost to the point that I think it's their best yet. (My boys and I are picking it to be the blue/silver that we saw on one of the campers that is in the inside section.)
Did they say what kind of internal lights you'll be getting? Interesting to find out what they look like.

He probably did say, but I was really more interested in finding out if I would get plans prior to Xmas, so wasn't paying attention. And I was working on my laptop at the same time so really not paying attention then he mentioned the tyre being moved and I think I dropped the phone!!!

No no. I called them this afternoon. Where you out at caravanland?

You haven't got long to go so I imagine the excitement must be high @Smirke !

Shame!! Lol

Good luck with the drive over, the pick up and the trip back. I'm sure all will go well and you will have a great time!!

I'd probably be happier for you if I wasn't still waiting for mine :hurt-41:

The new lighting is basically remote controlled. The switches are not wired to the lights and there are at least three remote switches, (at the door and beside each bed) and they turn all the lights on and off at once. The lights themselves have a switch allowing individual lights to be switched off. The only lights not controlled by the 'wireless' switches are the one in the exhaust fan, the one in the shower/fan combination and the door light.

Funny that of all the things that I've thought of to improve Jayco vans that one didn't actually make the list. How tiresome to have to actually flick a switch on a light or wall instead of on a remote. I would have started with something resembling a wiring diagram, even in block layout with some indication of location that someone must use to connect it all up in the factory. Improvements of doubtful high priority like this only serve to make a diagram more important.
