Downloaded from the AppStore. There is another one called Mywatch also. Which is a digital TV one rolled out by the government. Bit trickier to use, but it has all the info and is free.

iphone app is called Antenna Mate, think around $3..I had similar issues on my first outing, couldn't understand why I wasn't getting any signal and others were. Good friend of mine reminded be of the "little black amplifier button" up by the sink. we yes it turned green but still no signal. removed the cable from the antenna socket by the door and put it into the socket by the sink and bingo..then took the cable back over to the socket by the door and still worked, no idea why. First service coming up and I will let them figure it out...

We were on the mid north coast this weekend and bought a wanderer, picture clear without booster... All channels including nine were in HD! 230 bucks easy as a pinch to install.

ok where is 1770 or is it a secret lol , back to reception I'm looking at a wingman attachment any feedback on this product ?
SP, 1770 is up near Agnes Water which is situated 120kms north of Bundaberg QLD.
Good luck with your wineguards.....we no longer use it.

The Snowflake does both horizontal and vertical signals(some places North coast have both) so covers very well. The tunable amp seems to be better than the old one but it can be set to very high gain Bats ears (old type) only does horizontal unless you take a pin out to rotate it. Yes I have a bats ear and winegard extension on my shed floor the extension made a big difference but the snowflake is way better.
The draw backs are the snowflake requires a clear vertical space above the van as it tilts up and the cost although easily fitted if you put in the tunable amp it can take a bit of figuring out.
My snowflake was bought second hand($100) from someone who couldn't get it to work because his van did not have an amp!

The DT8 looks excellent on specs and can easily be rotated for polarity.
Better still height is everything so an extendable pole greatly improves your chances of good signal.
Me I'm lazy and like the convenience of the roof mounted gear.
Sorry if I hijacked the conversation Gentlemen.

Try using a set top box with your TV, tune it through the box as they have more power than the TV alone, it worked for me.
