Yes, the clears have velcro on both sides hook and loop so the sandwich in between the screen and the skirt, I'll pm you

I just measured the width of the cupboard and ordered them from my local cabinet maker, cost $120 from memory.

Made these yesterday, a cover for the awning as I don't like the sun hitting that top edge all the time. And a cover for jerry cans for the same reason, also if someone wants to tamper with them they have to find the clips for the cover .

Hi crustt, I am getting small leaks in my awning, are these covers fixed to the awning when opened to help fix leak?

if you have a leak in the stitching, maybe rub some "surf board" wax or Bee's wax over the sewing, might help

Hi Danb,
The cover will fix the problem it is connected by another length of sail track track piggy backing the awning.
I'd use beeswax if I was going to put anything into the sewing line, surfboard wax may have different chemicals in it depending on the brand that may do harm to the awning over time.

the stitching in the awning is starting to fray & come apart so it may be time for a new one.

many many years since I was on a surf board mate

they were not as bad for petroleum bases in them dim dark old days........

You can always hand sew the stitching with some sailmakers needles, palm and thread, takes awhile and can turn out really well........but needs TLC.

Do you still do the awning cover and if so whats the current price posted to Qld Sunshine coast 4575. My awning is 4000mm long so looking at the photo's do you add about 25mm each end?.

yeah Dave, I have 3 left. I don't think I will be making them anymore as another guy on ebay started doing them, he undercut me by $5 and I have hardly made a sale since.
Can do it for $75 inc. postage and yep 25mm each end.

Thanks Scott I'll have one..I did a remeasure as the teenager did the last one.???. The correct size is 3080mm plus 50mm = 3130mm.. how do we private message each other to get payment details etc.
