Bent the bed from climbing/sitting on it, made of pretty flimsy stuff , I noticed that on the new vans they changed the beds and are much stronger. Could have got it fixed/replaced under warranty but this cost $10 and a mate machined the slot in for me.

They are the bit that goes into the red plastic bit, extends the bed out.

$75 including postage, that is just for the cover, you need to get the keder track yourself. That's for any length up to 5 meters and they will be all 250mm wide.Thanks mate

Put some stainless steel eye straps so we can tie down a load of wood across the top of the box. Also after seeing smirkins pics I remembered the mod we did to the Jayco cutting board, just happened to fit the tub we had, Shez prefers to use the plastic tub as she can take it outside to the dishes.

I got an order for some black replacement flyscreens, made an extra set to see how they sell on ebay.
Didn't like them at first but they are sort of growing on me, okay if your looking to make your van a bit different, what do you guys reckon?

I've had these for sale on ebay for awhile, looks like no one is interested, so for someone who want a set of unique flyscreen in finemesh you can have them for $55 + postage

Hi Vere,
Yes the screens will fit, they will fit any jayco in the last 20 years and I've just done a few clears and they are $120 for 4 + postage
