Just finished a padded cover for the front of the van, don't want to dent that nice shiny fiberglass front.
Nice work - I had thought about doing something like this to avoid the stone chips and to keep all the bugs off it.
Forgot about the bugs, I'll have to make a cheap cover to keep the bugs off the good cover.
Put a TEAC 18.5 inch tv/dvd in, set it up on some crest wall mounts that I got from the good guys. Bought 2 brackets so I could use it at each end of the van, will be putting a bracket on outside so we can watch dvd's in the annex, just have to get jayco to connect the plug as they overlooked it

Looks good. What's on the back of the bracket in the cupboard to hold the weight of the TV. Bit of wood ?
The TV bracket mod looks similar to mine (Different brand/shape)... I fitted two lengths of 75 x 19 jarrah from top to bottom and fixed them to the cupboard frames for support. Also fitted a similar strapping setup but mine is horizontal.
Just screws into the ply, all the ply right round the van is 10 or 12mm thick. When we're traveling the strap hold all the weight, time will tell though.
It was a bit frustrating as more parts went in the bin than I used, I have to by another full bracket $40 to get the bracket for outside. I'm just waiting till I take it back for the first service to find out the best way to do it.

Is front and rear exterior Fibreglass?
If so, smart idea, my last aluminium van had bullet marks peppered all over the front!
Got the tool box and jerry can holders on, fold down table and a new spare wheel cover, thought black looked better. Got it all wired for the solar too.
Half way through making an annex, hope to have it finished in a few days.
