I went through this as dealer or factory damaged our floor. Anyone that knows me knows I usually extract blood for this sort of thing. But in the end the only option was for it to be towed back to the factory and have the inside removed, relaid and re assembled. If you trust the idiots who hardly build a decent assembled van in the first place to do that go for it. I didn't I affected a repair myself and then laid carpet as I had always wanted carpet anyway.

The vinyl quality is sh1+ that parquetry pattern (sames as ours ) seems to be more so. As yours is more a damage to the shine I would try a quality floor polish, but show the dealer first extract some freebies and then fix it. My 2c
