lift up the back floor, there is a handle near the door catch, once you do that you will find what is called a spare tyre, geeeez some people give jeep owners a bad name lmfao

Well I'm back on the road after finding the spare thanks to @DRW...No...

Luckily not everyone has an appreciation for the long weekend so the local tyre guy was open.

Rainbow Beach for us. Great park, fully packed with nearly 3000 people so the park managers reckoned. Toilets had line up for showers. Fires at night. Pets allowed. The sand dunes were great too.

well, back from Club Capricorn - was quite nice - quaint would be one way to describe it
not sure about the blue metal at all the sites - made it hard to put in ground pegs but the ablutions were cleaned twice a day - pity about the serious lack of HOT water, plenty of warm available
but there was grass around the toilet block, and plenty of grass for kids to run amuck.

all in all, as a good place - meals at the restaurant were good value as well...........

Moved on to Flinders bay caravan park in Augusta for a couple of nights to catch up with a few mates who make an Easter pilgrimage here every year, big lunch and a few too many pints of the Little creatures at Karridale tavern for my mates missus's 40th birthday yesterday, much quieter here looking forward to a game of "whack f@$k" at the Augusta golf course today if the rain hold off

Gday BigCol
We have previously noted the sites which have concrete pads and always request one of them when we go to Club Capricorn. Found the blue metal quite hard to walk on! The park must have nearly full if the Hot Water was a problem, as we have never had that issue. The sand dunes at the end of the camping area are fantastic for the kids to play on. I also like the short walk up the road to the beach access - always lots of fishermen trying their luck on the groin.
