We bought a Jayco 18.57-5

Well we went out and grabbed a 2012 model 18.57-5 OB, was looking for bunks but kids said they would be fine in the double.
We got it from Caravanland and I must mention that the salesman Ken was one of the best I have dealt with ever, very helpful and not pushy and he remembered things that I would have forgot when writing up the sale , like changing the plug over to a flat Seven pin with a separate Anderson plug.

It is very stock standard and credit to the previous owner if they used it they were very good at cleaning, looking in and under the van I could not fine one spot of dirt (it really does look brand new)

Let the "Mods" begin
I am a bit of the gadet wanker and tend to over buy
First to get done is Solar then second battery then LED lights then (I must stop wife will kill me)

mmm I would like to like that but ive never been into pajeros will have to sit on the fence with that , but all that matters that it tows it well there are some great people from perth on here hope you catch up with them on a group meet sometime

mmm I would like to like that but ive never been into pajeros

To be totally honest it is a noisy beast (even after putting in after market noise proofing)
But brand new it was a shite load cheaper than a 200 series Sahara and the wife won that battle

yes, Ken is a great guy, have dealt with him for ours

now, you just have to go to the "Toy Shop" at Caravanland, and get.................
privacy screens, as well as the covers........... - get the to fit them, lots have tried (and mine failed)

I thought the 2012's came with LED already.......... bright white one side, dull blue the other...........

18.57-5 is a great layout (we have one) and they are pretty rare. We have a bed converter for our lounge and the kids use it all the time. We wanted bunks, but we wanted a full size bathroom more. Congrats on your van.

I saw today Aldi is coming to Mirrabooka early 2016 and also Ellenbrook some time .
They will shake Coles and Woolies up as they are also in the centre.

I heard there will be something like 70 Aldo Stores statewide eventually so yes it sure will shake up the others... And about time!
