Hardy har,har you two unbelievers.............my Jeeperific is 9 yrs old now and hasn't let me down, seats are very good, maintained by yours truly though. Will I buy another one, NO as I don't like the later models, going to go for a Ranger next but have had 2 Grands both were great.
Have nearly finished my stone gaurd after many design changes there is just buggerall room on these short draw bars, bloody pain.

its got me beat - I am sure the draw bars are getting shorter..........

or is it my imagination?
20+ years ago, I had a 20' van I towed up to Karratha with 2 gas bottles and a box on the front - never ever looked like it was going to hit the back of my car at the time.........

or
are the boxes themselves getting bigger?

my old CJ5 had great seats - out of a ZA Fairlane........ had great head room as well - no roof
not mine but similar

Bro-in-law had the 2nd gen Cherokee, used to bash my head on the roof beam above the door getting in and out every time
not his, but one like it - his was the 4 door wagon.........

had a mate when I was at school, he re-built one of these - Willys Wagon, I thought it was the ants pants, as it was way better than the series 2A Landrovers........
went everywhere when he finished, great beastie I can tell you

I grew up with Green Series 2A Landy's parked in the driveway, as well as the odd 6x6 Studebaker
always had a fascination for Landrovers - would never own one, but they have been in my blood since the 60's

they offered you $6K for that one??????
was that for the mud to be delivered????:behindsofa:

you told them to "sod off"........ I hope.....

Yep sorry for the highjack Dags............................I think we would have some great laughs around the campfire @bigcol when I was a little tagger I learnt to drive in a Landy, couldn't reach the gear stick in the big old Studebaker or see out either.

No probs with the hijacking @bigcol and @Drover

Has brought back some memories... Maybe no history with a jeep but did drive an old landrover single cab ute back in the early 80's for work.... It's amazing where that thing went. Maybe as it was a work vehicle ;) ;)
