I have a soft spot for the HK........ First car was a HK station wagon and I've always dreamed of doing up a ute. Only issue is if I get one I'll be living in the expanda for a long time :ballchain:

I always wanted a EH for my fist car but due to lack of $$$ I had to purchase the old VJ Valant. Nothing changed and I still can't afford to do one up :bounce:

The HK was Dad's and I just paid it off and been doing the same with cars ever since >:(.
First speedway sedan was an FC then upgraded to an EH.... Thinking back on it I should have kept both locked and covered in a shed.... Not strip and wreck!!!!!!!!!!!

That was back in the day when I was young and stupid..... Only difference these days is that I'm older :yo:

Beautiful Burrum Heads QLD
same same @dagree (young and stupid) I had an EK ute, FB wagon, EHwagon, HR *Try posting a bit more so your post isn't boring* sedan, HK sedan, HT ute, HQ V8 sedan, then out came the commodore and I went to Fords. My last Holden was the HT, I actually learnt to drive in it when it was brand new, the old man finally gave it to me years later, unfortunately it was stolen and never seen again,

My full list of holdens include the HK wagon (Modified 192ci worked motor and 4 speed g/box), HZ 4.2 litre panel van, HT station wagon (Got engaged and had to down size), HQ premier sedan, HJ 5.0 litre premier station wagon, VH commodore sedan (Reconditioned stock motor but repainted and re-upholstered), then saw the light and traded on an 80 series landcruiser (Mrs Dagree damaged her arm and couldn't drive a manual so after losing work vehicle we became a two car family), VX S Series commodore & 90 series prado, same VX & 100 series V8 petrol landcruiser, VE SS Commodore Sportswagon and a couple of lemons in the mean time (Pajero and VT commodore for runabouts)... Currently have the VE and the 120 Prado.

My current drive. I have had her for nearly 13 years. She comes out quite a bit now. EK Hydramatic Sedan, all original with 79000miles. Dagree posted about should have put a car away under cover in a locked garage. Well I did and let me tell you they don't like it. For those interested, this is a NSW made car, they made them in a few states of Australia, not like now :(. She came from Temora, but she can now enjoy proper footy.
