It's not all bad @DRW , we just got home from a nice day out at a section of the Great Wall. Thanks to Chinese New Year the place was almost empty, so we didn't have to put up with the usual spitting, smoking, horrible traffic and the millions of locals wanting photos with my 3 young blond boys (san ge haize-wow he has 3 kids!!!!).

I tell you though, China is a walk in the park compared to Ahmedabad in northern India where I have spent far too much time recently. It's a bloody dry zone so you can't even frown your sorrows :doh:
